Whenever you have any issues or requests, you can add new tasks to the task board and we will promptly take care of them. You can also interact with us over email, chat or phone directly. Its all very seamless and user friendly.
We support one single website per subscription. You can subscribe to as many plans you want. You can change to another website at the end of your billing cycle.
We have a turn around time of 24 hours for normal tasks. If its an urgency like a website breakdown, we try to respond as soon as possible and get you up and running.
We accept all types of credit and debit cards with Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments and subscriptions. You will be billed automatically every month if you are on a subscription.
Yes, we do provide hosting services for our subscribers. Once you are a member, we can setup your website on our servers. We can also help you migrate your WordPress website, all free of cost.
There is a 30-minute limit per task and the number of tasks you can add each day varies as per your support plan. You can keep adding your tasks to the project management board and we will tick them off once they are done.
